Vic Cuoco

Vic is the Founder and Director of CVC Law and brings his own extensive and broad property and commercial experience including:-

Commercial, commercial/property, leasing and retail shop leases, and residential conveyancing litigation;

General debt recovery, in all jurisdictions;
Business and Partnership disputes;
Estate litigation;

Vic is focused on the business sector and understands the common transactions and challenges that his clients face; this allows Vic to provide exceptional advice. Vic has developed a meaningful long term relationship with his clients and delivers an unparalleled level of service. Vic has over eighteen years’ experience in property transactions. He has familiarity in a large range of business acquisitions, sales and provides advice to local developers in developing their properties. Vic also retains an Economics and Marketing degree, which allows him to provide proficient business advice and guidance in taxation matters. He is also proud of his Italian heritage and is able to communicate in Italian to many of his clients. Vic is available through our Wollongong and Corrimal Offices.

Julian Cesta
Family Law & Estate Specialist

Julian Cesta is an admitted Solicitor of the Supreme Court and alumni of the University of Wollongong enjoying early successes in the practice of law in local court litigation including both criminal and commercial matters.

Julian has experience in estate planning and can provide effective advice in family law, including preparing and advising on binding financial agreements and divorce and property settlements for defacto and married couples.

Julian’s client’s benefit not only from his dedication, but also his ability to explain in non-legal terms, how the Court process works and what the client can expect as a result if the case proceeds to a hearing. Ultimately, Julian’s objective is to instill confidence in his client and to achieve their desired outcome.

Lara Freestone
Licenced Property Conveyancer

Lara has over 20 years experience in the Legal Industry. In 2013, she completed her studies at Macquarie University, allowing her to become a Licensed Conveyancer.

Lara’s broad experience in the industry means she has well developed skills in dealing with a wide range of both complex and standard property conveyancing matters, including commercial, residential, subdivision strata title property, and off the plan contracts.

Lara also assists with transactions arising from survivorship, transmission of estates, matrimonial property orders, lost titles and related party transactions.

Over the years, Mel has established an enviable reputation for professionalism and thoroughness in her work, adding considerable strength to the CVC team. She is often the recipient of the most glowing reviews from her clients - and it is little wonder. Having worked in the conveyancing industry now for over 20 years, she has a great deal of experience working alongside real estate agents, developers and settlement agencies alike, obtaining a wealth of knowledge and professional skills.

As with her colleagues, being able to assist her clients with a smooth transition into their new properties is her primary goal.
